After just three months back in the sport, I not only won the British Para-Rowing Championships but also set a GB record. Being back on that start line was more than a goal; it was a dream I clung to during the darkest days in the hospital. I turned that hope into reality, proving that with determination and perseverance, even the most challenging dreams can come true.

Handcycling over 140 miles around North Wales, our adaptive team defied expectations and shattered limits. Together, we demonstrated that with determination and teamwork, barriers are meant to be broken and new horizons are within reach.
